Try some yoga in your spare (stay-at-home) time. Yoga connects breath to movement. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga is known for it's ability to promote relaxation and ease stress and can bring many benefits to your mental and physical health.

Below is a YouTube link for a yoga class with Adriene tailored to the cyclist. It focuses on stretching the calves, glutes, lower back, upper back and chest. Enjoy!
