Hello all Club members and potential Club members!   

Happy New Year!   We start this year humbled and saddened by state-wide and national news, including the loss of life and loss of housing for so many of our neighbors to the north from the Marshall Fire.  Weather and other worries keep us off our bikes from time to time but we are still fortunate to have the usual sunny skies, bike lanes, bike paths, and increasing awareness of the need to share the road that we have here in Colorado Springs.  

We can do much more.  I am listening to the December video presentation by ConnectCOS which is music to my ears as Club President and also as Colorado Transportation Commissioner representing El Paso, Teller, Park and Fremont Counties.  Colorado Springs is continuing to implement its Master Plan adopted in 2019 through more transportation improvements.  Check out the bike and pedestrian safety improvements they are working to plan and install and learn more about ConnectCOS here:
